1. Purpose
Trio is an iPhone app to organize tasks, notes, and habits in one place. It is provided “as is” for everyday productivity. It is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
2. Use of the app
You may use Trio in guest mode (mostly on-device data) or with an account (cloud sync). You are responsible for the content you enter. Illegal use or attempts to bypass security are prohibited.
3. Subscriptions
- In-app trial: 7 days.
- Premium plans: monthly and yearly, at the prices shown in the app / App Store.
- Payments are handled by Apple via the App Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
- Deleting your Trio account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel in Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4. Intellectual property
The app, the trio. brand, and related visuals remain the property of Bloom Studio. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app (data loss, interruption, etc.).
